This quaint 1.5 story Gladwyne bungalow was given new life with an open kitchen and great room floor plan. The exterior features new James Hardie Fiber Cement siding with new black clad windows. A renovated front porch and new composite rear deck were added to enhance the exterior. The interior features a first floor master suite, office, and open concept living space. A new kitchen and island was designed within the great room to provide a fantastic open floor plan living space. A full height ceiling in the great room is accented with bead board and a very large pendent fixture.
