President, Greg Lingo
Greg Lingo is a 20+ year veteran of the home building and residential development industry, working in both the public and private sectors. He has a considerable background which includes training, managing, financing, marketing, leasing, selling and constructing new homes, while maintaining a reputation for integrity and excellence.
Prior to creating the Rockwell Development Group, Greg Lingo founded Cornell Homes in 2007. He grew the regional homebuilding business into the third largest homebuilder in the Philadelphia market. Mr. Lingo was Vice-President/Market Manager for NV Homes, one of the nation’s top ten luxury brands. He led over 90 employees in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland, quadrupling their market share in less than 2 years, despite downward trends in the marketplace.
Before accepting the promotion to manage NVHomes, Greg Lingo was the Vice-President/Division Manager for Ryan Homes (also an NVR Inc. subsidiary) where he served in the Southern Philadelphia commuter markets of Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

As an involved “hands on” operator, Mr. Lingo has substantial experience managing and ethically leading the day to day activities of his home building business. He possesses significant knowledge of the Philadelphia market and has a solid network of relationships in the mid-Atlantic region and nationwide.
Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University. Greg, his wife, and three daughters live in suburban Philadelphia.
Senior Vice President of Operations, Rob Bates
Rob Bates has been in the homebuilding industry for 16 years. He started with NVR, Inc., then worked with Cornell Homes and Ryland Homes before joining the Rockwell Development Group shortly after its founding. Rob is responsible for house costing and supervising the project managers. Throughout his career, he has been awarded Rookie of the Year, MVP of Quarterly Sales, Construction Volume Award, Best in Customer Service, Distinguished Builder Award, and Annual MVP.
Rob Bates has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University. Rob, his wife, and two sons live in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Senior Vice President of Land and Development, Christy Flynn
Christy Flynn began her career managing the permitting, development, and construction of residential real estate development projects with Arcadia Land Company and the Percheron Group. She joined Cornell Homes in 2010 as a Sales Manager and continued with Ryland Homes before joining the Rockwell Development Group in 2016. She has over 17 years of experience in land acquisition and improvements. Christy oversees due diligence on all new projects, permits and approvals on raw projects, and manages site improvements on projects.
Christy Flynn has a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Finance concentration from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School. Christy, her husband, and their two children live in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Vice President of Sales and Leasing, Brandi Hogan
Brandi Hogan has 15 years of sales and management experience. She is responsible for leading the sales team and executing community marketing plans. Brandi began her career in sales with Ryan Homes, accumulating over 40 million of personal sales volume. She was awarded Rookie of the Year, Multimillion-Dollar Club Platinum member, Division Quarterly MVP, Customer Service Excellence Award, and was promoted to Sales and Marketing District Manager at NVHomes. Prior to joining RDG, Brandi excelled as a District Sales Manager for Paychex, Inc. and as a Regional Solutions Consultant for Wolters Kluwer, CCH Tax and Accounting.
Brandi has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations from Bethany College. Brandi, her husband and their two sons reside in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Vice President of Custom Homes and Renovations, Luke Attanasi
Luke developed a passion for home building and real estate at a young age by working each summer alongside his father. Now, with over 13 years of professional experience, he continues to grow as Rockwell Custom’s Vice President of Custom Home and Renovations. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, he pursued his interests by working in both Sales and Production with NV Homes. Upon leaving NVR, he joined Cornell Homes as a General Manager for Cornell Custom. Luke later went on to help start Rockwell Custom and focus on the Philadelphia custom home and renovation market. His experience with both new home construction, renovations, and sales as a licensed Realtor, lend a unique and valuable perspective to his customers and team.
Luke graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology. Luke, his wife and his 2 boys reside in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Vice President of Finance, Brian Whittaker
Brian joined Rockwell Custom in 2018 after 12 years with Saxbys, a private-equity backed hospitality company. As VP of Finance at Saxbys, he helped grow the company from five employees to over five hundred, with the company being named to Inc Magazine’s 5000 fastest growing companies in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Prior to his time at Saxbys, he was a co-founder of Callfinity and helped negotiate the sale of the company to M5 Networks. Brian oversees finance and accounting, working with our bank and equity partners to continue to fuel Rockwell’s future development.
Brian received a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. He lives in Wayne, PA with his wife, daughter and son.
General Counsel, Christopher B. Hogan, ESQUIRE
Chris Hogan serves as General Counsel for Rockwell. He has been a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1992 and is also admitted in Federal Court in both jurisdictions. He draws on a broad base of experience to handle the various legal issues impacting operations so that business runs smoothly. Since 2003, his practice has been devoted exclusively to supporting entrepreneurial businesses involved with residential real estate. Generally speaking, his job as General Counsel for Rockwell is to work collaboratively with the finance, construction, and sales departments and provide the legal support necessary to identify and limit transaction risks, get under contract, complete closing on project financing, bring communities and projects online quickly, solve problems and sell homes in a timely, profitable and professional manner. He also manages outside counsel for Rockwell, including those involved in land use and zoning matters.
Chris received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication from The American University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University Law School. He and his wife reside in Havertown, PA.
