Last Wednesday, November 10, Rockwell had their first ever Women’s Leadership Training at the Ventry model homes. During the event, women employees at Rockwell had the opportunity to learn more about the importance of communication, thoughtful meeting planning and how to achieve a confident presence in business, especially in the male dominated industry of real-estate development.

Rockwell’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Brandi Hogan, orchestrated the event to bring all the women of Rockwell together for lunch while engaging in insightful discussions about being a woman in business.

The event was a success, and the team looks forward to the next Women’s Leadership Training!
