“Our biggest concern when starting our full home renovation and addition was the timeline. We had heard too many stories of projects running far beyond expectations, especially since we were moving out during construction. Before we even signed the contract, Luke Attanasi created a detailed weekly schedule with clear milestones, giving us confidence in Rockwell’s process.
Chad Allen’s project management and communication throughout the renovation were exceptional. Like any major project, there were unexpected challenges along the way, but Chad and the team handled every situation with transparency and professionalism, always making us feel at ease.
We would have finished exactly on schedule had we not expanded the scope of the project, and even with those additions, our entire renovation was completed just beyond the original six-month timeline.

“I can’t thank Chad and his team enough! Our house was no easy project—it’s a 100+ year-old stone home that hadn’t been renovated since the 1970s. I had some big requests because it was important to me to preserve the historic character of the house while also bringing in new life, and they absolutely delivered.
They transformed two vintage wash sinks into beautiful, functional vanities and thoughtfully preserved so many of the home’s unique features. From inset windows with tilework that matched the original details, to a custom stone backsplash sourced from a quarry, to secret doorways leading to an office, every detail was executed with incredible care. The woodworking was beautifully done, and they even added a picture rail that perfectly matched the style and era of our home.
