Located in North Wayne, this home was transformed inside and out. We kept the trim details and the original front door but updated to Hardie siding and added a new roof and front porch decking. A beautiful addition was added for an open great room and kitchen on the 1st floor complete with custom built-ins in the great room and between the kitchen and great room. On the 2nd floor, the new master bedroom was created with custom double barn doors opening to the marble mosaic master bath. Next to the new contemporary and transitional interior finishes, the original stair railings of this home were refinished and restored to pay homage to this traditional North Wayne corner property estate.
