Luke Attanasi
Owner and President
Luke Attanasi leads Rockwell Custom with a lifelong connection to homebuilding and real estate. He developed a passion for the industry at a young age, spending summers working alongside his father and learning the value of hard work, relationships and attention to detail.
With more than 18 years of professional experience, Luke brings a practical understanding of new home construction, renovations, sales and customer experience. His background includes work in sales and production with NV Homes, leadership experience as General Manager for Cornell Custom, and a key role helping establish Rockwell Custom in the Philadelphia custom home and renovation market.
Luke’s experience as a licensed Realtor also gives him a valuable perspective on how homes live, how they hold value and what clients need to understand before making major residential construction decisions.
Connor Hoffman
General Manager
Connor Hoffman oversees sales, estimating, and project development for custom homes and renovations. Since entering the construction industry in 2014, Connor has developed a well-rounded background in both construction and sales. He began his career as a Project Manager for a national homebuilder, overseeing large-scale residential developments, including a 175-home community. He later transitioned into a sales leadership role, managing home sales across multiple communities before joining the custom home and renovation sector in 2020.
Drawing on his experience in both construction management and sales, Connor helps guide clients through every stage of the building process, from initial budgeting and design discussions through construction and project completion. His unique perspective allows him to balance the technical aspects of building with a strong understanding of the client experience.
Connor's favorite part of his job is taking a client's vision and turning it into reality. He enjoys bringing together the many moving pieces of a project and watching an idea evolve into a thoughtfully crafted space that families can enjoy for years to come.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys trying new restaurants, running, biking, following Philadelphia sports, and spending time in Sea Isle City, New Jersey. He lives in Ambler, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Bridget, and their two children, Hayes and Sally.
Caitlin Hoos
Finance and HR Manager
Caitlin oversees financial operations, including payroll, compliance, AP/AR, cash flow, and full-cycle bookkeeping. She brings five years of experience to the role.
She enjoys balancing big‑picture planning with day‑to‑day details and appreciates the variety of her role. She enjoys working closely with project managers and subcontractors and values the impact she has on keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
When she’s not working, Caitlin is happiest spending time with her nieces and nephews (her favorite title is “Aunt”). Also traveling, going to concerts, and relaxing with her boyfriend, friends and family.
Sean Timmons
Project Manager
Sean Timmins oversees custom home and renovation projects from pre-construction to final handover. With over 20 years of residential construction experience, he brings deep expertise in project management, clear communication, and premium craftsmanship to every site.
Sean excels at transforming architectural concepts into high-end finished homes that surpass client expectations. By collaborating closely with homeowners, architects, designers and trade partners, he smoothly navigates construction challenges and ensures flawless detail execution.
Away from the job site, Sean is an outdoor enthusiast that enjoys boating and time at the beach. He resides in Delaware County with his wife and two children.
Chad Allen
Project Manager
Chad Allen enjoys helping homeowners transform their ideas into beautiful, functional spaces they love. With experience managing custom homes, additions, and renovations, he takes pride in building strong relationships, solving problems, and leading projects from concept to completion. His favorite part of the job is seeing a project come to life and delivering a finished home that families can enjoy for years to come.
Before entering the construction industry, Chad spent a decade serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence that continue to guide his work today. Chad understands the importance of quality workmanship, clear communication, and creating spaces that work for everyday life.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys traveling with his family, spending time with his wife and four children, and making the most of weekends together. Chad earned his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University.
Conor Allen
Project Manager
Conor Allen has more than 13 years of residential construction experience, specializing in custom homes, additions, and renovations. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for strong project management, attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Conor’s passion is helping homeowners bring their ideas to life. Whether its building a dream home from the ground up or transforming an existing space, he enjoys guiding clients through the process and seeing their vision become a reality.
As a husband and father to 2 daughters, Conor understands that a home is more than just a building- its where families make memories and spend time together. That perspective drives his commitment to creating spaces that are both beautiful and built to last.
When he is not on a job site, Conor enjoys spending time with his family, doing activities outdoors and visiting the beach. He and his family reside in West Chester, PA.
Nick Costello
Project Manager
Nick has seven years of project management experience. He is passionate about guiding clients through the custom home building and renovation process with confidence and ease. Nick takes pride in coordinating every phase of a project, ensuring clear communication, attention to detail, and a seamless experience from the initial planning stages through the final completion.
Committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship sand outstanding customer service, Nick works closely with homeowners to help bring their vision to life while making the building process as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Whether it’s a new custom home or a thoughtful renovation, his focus is on creating a positive customer experience and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Nick lives in Havertown, PA with his wife and their Chocolate Lab, Milo. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course and fishing.
